40′ x 32′ CYCLORAMA 

We house a custom built 40’W x 32’L x 16’H 2-wall cyclorama built specifically for photography, videography and film. We also have vehicle access, for cars, trucks, motorcycles and more can be photographed or used in music videos, commercials etc. The cyc wall can always be painted another for an additional cost.

DRESSING ROOMS

Womens dressing room is outfitted with a makeup area with and 8 electrical outlets, 6’x4′ Hollywood style mirror with bulb lighting, full body mirror, clothing rack and a handheld clothes steamer.

Ample Parking 

We have parking for over 20 vehicles in our parking lot. If more parking is needed we have an overflow parking lot near by.

Air Conditioning/Heat 

Our facility has a 15 ton A/C rooftop unit for cooling entire 3,500 studio space in summer time. We also have heating units for cold winter weather.

FIBER OPTIC INTERNET

With Gigabit internet from FIOS, we can provide our client with over 500mbps download and upload speeds suitable for live streaming.

200 AMP 3 Phase Power

We have multiple 15amp, 20 amp, 50amp and 240v receptacles available to use for lights and equipment. If you have any concerns please contact us.

Kitchenette

We have a kitchenette area with a table and 4 stools, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker. If craft services is needed we can use this area to stage and another to serve or vice versa.

Catering

If you are looking to have food catered have food ready when you arrive, we can help arrange it or provide you with a list of local vendors and restaurants.

ENVIRONMENT

Our Studio is in a working environment so there is noise. We do not have loud neighbors. Also there are no airports or train tracks anywhere near by.
